The house radiates the old, distinguished atmosphere of the period, with beautiful warm colours, lovely ornamental ceilings and marble fireplaces. You will be transported back to the 1900 s.The English garden (4400 m2) radiates relaxation with the hundred year old trees and the beautiful peat moor. The house has all of the 21st century comforts in addition to the authentic elements. Thus you can relax in comfort in the hot tub in the garden, but also in the sauna and in the heated pool (6.40 m x 4 m), which have been installed in what was previously the coach house.The bedrooms are decorated in the style of the ?old? Dutch masters. Each room has as its theme one painter and his repertoire. You will find reproductions and books on the relevant painter in the rooms.The environment offers many options for young and old a plethora of nature, culture and cities such as Groningen (35 km), Emmen (29 km) and Assen (25 km).
